Where can I source parts that are out of stock, on allocation or on long lead times?
Send them to us. We’ll tell you what we can find, through which channel, and when it could reach you. RFQs can turn around in a day, depending on supply.
Can you source obsolete or end of life components, including for equipment no longer made?
Send us the part number and what it’s used in, and we’ll tell you straight whether we can find it, or what your options are.
Can you find a reliable alternative when my part is unavailable or discontinued?
Ask us. Tell us the part and how it’s used in your design, and we’ll talk you through the options for that line.
Are your components genuine, and how can I verify that?
Counterfeit prevention is a service we offer, and we’re ISO 9001:2015 certified. We verify high-risk components as standard, and any other component you ask us to. Ask us about a specific line and we’ll explain how it’s sourced.
Do you provide datasheets, certificates and traceability?
Tell us what your quality team needs with each order, and we’ll confirm what we can supply with it before you buy.
What happens if the part I receive is faulty or incorrect?

Can someone source and manage my complete BOM, from procurement to delivery?
Send us the whole BOM. We’ll quote every line we can, tell you plainly about any we can’t, and talk you through sourcing, kitting and delivery.
Can you help me manage changing component prices and reduce the cost of my BOM?
We can help you plan around price movement. We flag the lines worth watching, and if you share your production forecast, we can plan purchases ahead of need. We won’t promise a saving until we’ve found one.
What are your minimum order quantities? Can I buy small quantities or samples?
It depends on the part and the channel it comes from. Send us the quantity you actually need and we’ll tell you what’s possible for that line.
Can you help if everywhere else wants 1,000 and I only need three?
Ask us. Tell us the part and the quantity you need, and we’ll come back with what’s possible for that line.
How quickly can you deliver? Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?
RFQs can turn around in a day, depending on supply. Delivery time depends on where the part is coming from, so we’ll give you a realistic date with your quote.
Do you have it in stock?
Send us the part number and quantity and we’ll check. We’ll tell you whether it’s ready to go or needs to be sourced, and how long that will take.
Can you manage my inventory and scheduled deliveries so production isn’t interrupted?
Stock control and batched delivery is one of our core services. Tell us your production schedule and we’ll talk you through how we’d set it up for you.
Can you supply for prototypes as well as production?
Tell us what you’re building and the quantities at each stage, and we’ll tell you what we can supply for each one.
Can you give me a complete solution: BOM kitting, PCB and component supply, cable harnesses and batteries?
For electronic component supply and BOM kitting, yes. For anything beyond that, tell us what you need and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
